Escribir la propia autobiografía
es muy importante y liberador.
Nos damos cuenta de la importancia de nuestra propia existencia cuando dejamos testimonio de nuestra vida como un legado a la posteridad, a nuestros familiares y amigos.
A medida que nos hacemos mayores,
el pasado asume mayor importancia.
A través de diez encuentros semanales
iremos armando una autobiografía personal donde no solo se escribirá acerca de QUE pasó, sino también de COMO pasó
y los sentimientos asociados
con los hechos relatados.
A través de diferentes temas
que variarán cada semana,
los participantes podrán desarrollar
la historia de sus vidas,
sus sentimientos y anécdotas
asociadas a cada etapa.
A través de esta experiencia enriquecedora, las personas podrán mirar hacia atrás
en perspectiva y entender muchas
de las situaciones vividas en el pasado. Podrán de esa forma, apreciar donde están ahora y planificar hacia el futuro.
En dos encuentros adicionales, quienes así lo deseen podrán encarar la edición de un libro individual o grupal.

Guided Autobiography Workshop
Writing our own autobiography is very important and liberating.We realize of the importance of our own existence
when we leave testimony of our life,
like a legacy to the posterity,
to our siblings and friends.
As soon as we became older,
the past get more importance.
In ten meetings, we´ll write a personal autobiography, where not only we´ll write about WHAT happened, if not also HOW happened, and the feelings associated with the facts.
With different themes, that will vary each week, the participants can develope the history of their lifes, their feelings and stories associated in each step.
Over this enriching experience, the participants will watch back in perspective and found new focusing of the differents facts and understood most of the situations of their lifes.
They could, in that way, appreciate where there are now and plan over the future.
In two aditional meetings, the ones who desire can develope the edition of an individual or group book.
